This logistics facility is a tailor made development in cooperation with Van der Helm Logistics and is designed to offer flexible solutions for occupiers, with 2 warehouse units  which can be easily combined into a single larger unit. The offices, one on each side of the building, come with large windows to create a spacious working environment with plenty of natural light and a rooftop terrace adjenct to the canteen.

The facility is located in business park Harnaschpolder strategically situated directly on the A4 highway with excellent connections to Rotterdam and Amsterdam.

Amsterdam Park – AH Home shop centre

Located in de Waalhaven in de Port of Rotterdam, this property will provide up to 13,000m2 of first-class logistics space divided into two almost identical units. To be energy efficiënt, the building will benefit from a high standard of specification.

Rotterdam is one of the main European gateways for international cargo, offering transhipment between sea, road and rail routes. It is close to and easy accessible from the city centre. Good public transport and quick access to the Rotterdam ring road A15 makes it one of the best spots for port-related business.

Amsterdam Park – GLS Last mile depot

As part of phase II of the Amsterdam Park development a modern and sustainable 6,500m2 build to suit last mile distribution depot is being build. This cross dock facility features 140 loading and unloading doors, of which 20 with a loading pit. Skylights provide more daylight in the transhipment hall while the loading surface and depot floor are at the same height for better ease of use and better ergonomics.

Amsterdam Park – DC01

We are expanding our existing park in the port of Amsterdam with the construction of new Grade A space in 2 phases, which will offer modern and energy-efficient logistics space for national and international distribution occupiers. Phase I (building 1) is complete and exists of smaller warehouse units of approx. 4,000m2 with a high standard of specification. The elevated parking deck maximises the efficient use of the available space and creates a distinctive and secure office entrance on the second floor.

Moerdijk

New development of circa 30,000 m2 GLA of prime warehouse space under construction in the heart of the Port of Moerdijk.The building can be divided to provide 2 units of approximately 12,000 mand 14,000 m2 of energy efficient warehouse space. The delivery is planned for the end of 2018. Early access for fit-out works is possible and timing can be discussed.

Roosendaal II

This facility will be located in West Brabant’s logistics hotspot Roosendaal, in the centre of the logistics corridor between Amsterdam and Antwerp. Construction works are scheduled to start medio 2019.

New facility currently under construction by DCAM in Borchwerf II Business Park. Strategically located mid-way between Rotterdam and Antwerp in the West-Brabant region. The park benefits from direct access to the A17 and A58 motorway routes while the rail, port and barge terminals make this a truly multi-modal location.

Alcala – East Madrid park

The park will consist of two building and five units with a gross floor area of ca. 53,000m2. Building one will have 2 identical units of ca. 10,500m2 and building two will comprise 3 modular units, one of ca. 15,900m2 and two units of around 8,000m2 each. Both buildings will benefit from a high standard of specification and our goal is to receive BREEAM rating ‘Very Good’.

The site is a proven location along the corridor del Henares, the largest logistics area in Madrid, and with direct access to the A2 connecting Madrid to Barcelona.

ILLESCAS – SOUTH MADRID PARK LOGISTICS

This logistics building with five modular units will have a total built of 67,000m2, mezzanines and offices included. The park will have fenced yards, automatic gates and independent parking spaces for each unit. It will benefit from a high standard of specifications techniques, including the installation of energy-efficient materials and technologies. On the mezzanines, the windows are strategically placed to take maximum advantage of natural light.

The plot is located in the municipality of Illescas (Toledo) at km. 36 of the A-42 motorway. The area of influence is the metropolitan South of Madrid and the District of La Sagra Alta in Toledo. The distance to Madrid is equivalent to Alcalá de Henares or Meco, localities in the same ring on the axis of highway A-2
