DCAM was established in 2012 with a mandate to invest in logistics assets in main European markets. The strategy was specifically focussed on long-term income generation and capital preservation, whilst also seeking opportunities to generate long-term growth.  Today we manage a logistics portfolio in excess of 750k m2.

DCAM has always focussed on providing superior space for its occupiers and we work closely with them to support their supply chain activities. In 2016 DCAM expanded its business into the development of logistics properties and the creation of urban logistics schemes. We now manage a pipeline of projects across the Netherlands, UK, Spain and Germany that offer our customers best-in-class logistics facilities in key multi-modal distribution hubs. Our current development pipeline is in excess of 500k m2 distribution facilities across our core markets.
